FWIW -

My sence has been that O'bama would favor some kind of back-door bull shit gun control like this. Some kind of rider on an unrelated bill, some kind of executive order but not a straight up GC bill. Now my sence and $5.00 will get you a Latte at any Starbucks (provided you can find one open) but thats the way I think it would come down.
