Not to put too fine a point on it but pretty much everybody east of the English Channel is either a Godless Communist or a Natzi as far as I'm concerned - the definition serves for most instances when I think of Europeans.

The South Africans developed a double pump shotgun in the 90s. It was a bullpup model but it was never officially adopted by any military or government agency I don't even think it caught on with the civilian market. If the price is right I may have to get myself one of these blasters.
